FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP

Stewardship is understood as the right use of the resources God has given us. It touches all aspects of our lives. Forming good stewards is an integral part of the congregation’s worship, education, community life and mission.

Annual Stewardship Campaign: As a family living and growing in Christ, we have a financial obligation to care the physical buildings of the church, to provide adequate compensation for our staff, and to support the ministries of this parish. Every fall, we examine our responsibilities as members of the parish and respond with a pledge of financial support.

Endowment Fund: The Endowment Trust Fund vision is to provide long-term financial stability to St. Anne’s and provide the opportunity to fund strategic initiatives that will contribute to attaining the parish’s vision and mission.

Galaty Scholarship Fund:The William L. Galaty Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to parishioners pursuing post-secondary education and also provides assistance to children attending our diocesan summer camp. The major fundraiser for this program is the annual spaghetti dinner and silent auction.

Scrip: Scrip is an easy way to raise funds for our church. Gift cards are available for a wide variety of businesses. Each card that is purchased results in a percentage donation to St. Anne’s.

Planned Giving:  The Joseph of Arimathea Fellowship celebrates and honors those people whose future gifts will strengthen the parish and its endowment. The fellowship’s membership includes people who have included the church in their estate plan. Their far-sighted support inspires others by example and ensures that the mission of the church will continue on for generations to come.

United Thank Offering (UTO): The United Thank Offering (UTO) is a ministry of The Episcopal Church for the mission of the whole church. Through UTO, individuals are invited to embrace and deepen a personal daily spiritual discipline of gratitude. UTO encourages people to notice the good things that happen each day, give thanks to God for those blessings and make an offering for each blessing using a UTO Blue Box. UTO is entrusted to receive the offerings, and to distribute the 100% of what is collected to support innovative mission and ministry throughout The Episcopal Church and Provinces of the Anglican Communion.
